CRNA- Clinton- $30K Commencement Bonus (Clinton)

Position Purpose

CRNA shall directly provide all professional anesthesiology services and/or supervise and manage anesthesiology services for the benefit of individual hospital patients, as may be required to meet hospital’s requirements for such services in a timely manner.

What You Will Do

• General anesthesia, including general surgical anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, thoracic anesthesia and obstetrical anesthesia; intravenous sedation; intravenous regional anesthesia; regional blocks; and conductive anesthesia, as required by hospital’s patients (including inpatients, surgical outpatients and those receiving emergency care.)
• Provide pre‑evaluation anesthesia services in accordance with guidelines approved by both Group and Hospital.
• Provide post‑surgical monitoring for complications related to the administration of anesthesia.
• Respond promptly to those codes to which an anesthesia provider is specifically paged, as practitioner availability permits.
• Clinical services performed by CRNA shall be performed in accordance with currently approved and generally accepted medical standards, as may be changed from time to time.
• Work collaboratively with members of the OR Leadership Team, Anesthesia Providers, and clinical staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Maintain professional licensure of CRNA.
• Preferred experience with a minimum of five years as CRNA.
• Must be BLS certified within 3 months of hire.
• Must be ACLS, PALS, and NRP certified within one year of hire.
• Must possess a personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.
