Engineer

Job Description You lead the engineering design, guide external engineers, and ensure compliance with industry codes like IEEE and NESC. You work with the supply chain team to hire contractors, secure sites, and buy major equipment. You also coordinate with transmission operators to meet grid rules, track budgets, and support cost estimates. Your work includes guiding commissioning tests, supporting legal filings, and keeping management updated on project risks and progress. This position pays $45-55/hour. Skills and Requirements 5+ years experience in Substation design and engineering of High Voltage substation projects is highly preferred. Project Engineering and/or Project Management experience with a strong bias for action. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
