**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchase decisions, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner **Additional Requirements:**
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
