Retail Operations Manager

Job Description The Operations Manager is responsible for freight and logistics activities within the store. This person will partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to provide guidance to Logistics associates by facilitating training, providing positive and constructive feedback, and coaching at the appropriate level. In partnership with the management team, the Operations Manager will maintain loss prevention compliance and uphold store visual and merchandising standards. The role also includes serving as Leader on Duty, proactively engaging with customers to exceed their needs and driving revenue through a sales culture. The Operations Manager will also serve as a Key Carrier and lead as Leader on Duty. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum two years of retail experience with supervisory experience in a sales‑driven, customer‑oriented environment. Knowledge of safety regulations. Experience with logistics and freight. Advanced selling skills. Strong leadership and coaching abilities in a professional environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute detailed instructions efficiently. Demonstrated independent and collaborative leadership. Adaptability to change and resilience under stress. Proficiency with technology relevant to the role and ability to access information needed for daily responsibilities. Ability to process merchandise through POS and workforce management systems. Positive, action‑oriented, integrity‑focused, and team‑spirit driven. Passion for the brand, products, services, and solutions offered to customers. Experience in coaching, training, motivating, conflict management, problem solving, collaboration, accountability and business‑acumen.
