Immediate need for a talented PeopleSoft HCM Techno Functional Consultant. This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Arlington, TX (Hybrid) . Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $80 - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Key skills: - Peoplesoft, HCM , Payroll Administration
15+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
Strong Techno-Functional background ( technical side should be strong)
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, ESS/MSS, TAM/Recruiting
Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integrations, Data Conversion, Configuration, Fit-Gap Analysis, Testing (SIT/UAT), and Production Support
Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
Should be able to work independently with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Prioritize candidates who have led implementations, upgrades, modernization, or enhancement projects and can start quickly.
