PT Custodial Attendant

Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities: Assist the Custodial Services Manager in preparing the facility to open Monday - Friday Engage in the care, cleaning, and maintenance of the building by: Cleaning building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming Servicing, cleaning/sanitizing and restocking supplies in restrooms and locker rooms Carrying out weekly/monthly cleaning tasks and special projects to assist the Custodial Services Manager Following cleaning procedures/specifications outlined by OSHA for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment Assisting with the inspection of facilities daily to identify any maintenance issues, damages, non-routine cleaning needs, or potential concerns/issues/problems Other duties as required Qualifications Minimum Requirements Available to work 4 - 8am, Monday - Friday Willingness to perform manual labor High school diploma or equivalent Ability to operate computers for scheduling, email, and data entry/retrieval Ability to prioritize Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed Reliable transportation First Aid, CPR, AED certifications required (training can be provided) Work Environment and Physical Demands Ability to lift 20lbs or more on a regular basis 4 hours of continuous standing and walking Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
