Who We're Hiring: Booking Concierge You are not a customer support rep. You’re a world‑class host and curator. Your mission is to ensure every member feels like the main character in a curated journey, not a faceless user in a generic app. Armed with our proprietary algorithm, you’ll craft personalized adventures ranging from archery to pottery, blacksmithing to whale watching, and beyond. What You'll Do Leverage our advanced matching system to select perfect experiences for each member Manage all aspects of booking coordination with vendors Provide white‑glove concierge support that consistently delights our members Build the foundation for and eventually lead our concierge service team This Role Is For You If You Are… Ultra Detail Oriented: You’re obsessively detail‑oriented – the kind of person who triple‑checks everything. Tiny mistakes have big consequences in this role. Thoroughness: When you read an email or instructions with 11 items on it, you address all 11 items. Highly Responsive: Communication is your superpower. You’re proactive, quick to respond, and always a step ahead. Problem‑Solving Mindset: You’re resourceful, quick‑thinking, and capable of resolving challenges independently. Owner Mentality: You take full responsibility for your role and approach your work like it’s your business. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to grow with a company. People Person: Members love our concierge service because it’s warm, thoughtful, and personal. Your ability to communicate with charm and professionalism makes people smile. Tech‑Savvy: You’re proficient with databases and project management tools like Asana (or similar). Local: You know LA’s geography well and are passionate about its diverse experiences. NOT For You If… You need a manual for everything — we move fast and write the manual as we go. You see “concierge” as admin. We see it as theater, psychology, and sacred service. You’ve never worked with a task/project management system before like Asana, Monday, Trello, Notion, or similar. Schedule & Requirements Must be based in Los Angeles Remote‑flexible with reliable internet connection Own a Mac computer (Mac will be preferred over PC).
