Job Title: Certified Surgical Tech (CST) Profession: Surgical Technologist Specialty: General Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 5 years current CST experience required License: National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) required Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS required Must-Have: - Two recent supervisory signed references from within the past two years of employment required - Proficiency in general, gyn, vascular, thoracic, ortho (including total joints), neuro/head/spine, and trauma required - Ability to precept required - Travel experience required Description: Two recent supervisory signed references are required. The agency employer must call and verify all references in the profile. The traveler must be able to precept and proficiency must be noted in the profile. The traveler must be able to work independently. Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. Candidates must be willing to take call. Experience in C-sections, ENT, plastics, and DaVinci robot is preferred. The candidate must have their own vehicle. Permanent address must be included in the profile. Any and all requests for time off must be included in the profile. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Requests after the offer may lead to a rescinded offer.
