(Based on Experience) + Benefits Sign-On Bonus available on a case-by-case basis New Graduates Welcome Schedule Information Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts Only Available shifts include: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Evening and mixed shifts available Rotating weekends required Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) to join our imaging team. In this role, you will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality imaging standards. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technologists as well as new graduates who have successfully passed the ARRT/state boards and are looking to start their career in a respected acute care hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians Prepare and position patients accurately for imaging exams Operate radiologic imaging equipment safely and efficiently Follow radiation safety and patient protection protocols Ensure high-quality diagnostic images are obtained Maintain proper imaging documentation and patient records Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff Deliver compassionate and professional patient care throughout the imaging process Qualifications & Requirements Education High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program preferred Certifications & Licensure ARRT (Registered Radiographer) REQUIRED Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist License REQUIRED BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire Experience New Graduates welcome if state boards/ARRT have been successfully completed Previous hospital or acute care imaging experience preferred but not required Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
