RN - PCU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 Years License: South Carolina license or Compact license required prior to start Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Telemetry competency requiredCompletion of all assigned modules prior to startAttendance at staff meetings is required Description:A virtual interview is required for all candidates.Candidates will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours to schedule the interview.The manager will accept both 3x12s or 4x12s for shifts.Ratios will be 1:4-5.Every other weekend is required for scheduling.Floating between like units may be required to meet facility needs.Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will not be considered.First-time travelers are not accepted.All candidates must complete all assigned modules prior to the start date.Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, there may be assignments to emergency response teams.All requests for time off must be submitted prior to acceptance of the assignment.Candidates must be flexible with scheduling to meet the needs of the unit.The facility allows for one shift to be called off every two weeks.Travelers must complete all required labs prior to the hard document due date or during the allocated time.Modules must be completed by the Thursday before the start date.Failure to complete modules will result in a lack of clearance to begin. #J-18808-Ljbffr
