Independent Living Support Specialist
AHRC NASSAU
AHRC Nassau seeks a Direct Support Professional to provide hands-on support to individuals in the Community Living Services program, helping with self-care routines, health, safety, and daily activities to promote independence and a high quality of life. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assist with meals, transportation, and daily activities, and document progress.
