Full Time Client Advisor - Miami

SIMONMILLER is looking for a motivated, personable Full-Time Client Advisor to join our Miami team.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver a warm, exceptional, polished and personalized client experience from first interaction through follow-up
• Drive sales, conversion, and clienteling results
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through thoughtful, consistent outreach
• Develop a personal client book and retain consistent clients each season
• Stay knowledgeable across seasons, collections, product launches, and brand initiatives
• Support events, activations, collaborations, and broader community-building efforts
• Maintain the store environment and support daily operations, inventory, visual merchandising, product floor preparation, and administrative needs
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and positive team environment

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail, luxury or other
• A natural ability to connect with people and build genuine client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail
• Confidence in cross-selling and achieving sales goals
• Clienteling and CRM experience is preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a professional approach to the role
• Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards

Physical Requirements:

• Continuous standing and walking; ability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
• Ability to bend, open, lift, carry and move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds as needed
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends when business needs

Reporting to: Assistant Store Manager or Store Director

• Pay Transparency: This position offers an hourly range of $23-25 plus commission. xhyhwjd Final compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, job-related skills, and internal pay alignment.
