Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health | Baltimore County, MD

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Baltimore County, Maryland . This is a day-shift opportunity with an ASAP start (target start date: July 20, 2026) and flexible scheduling options.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
• Choose from one of the following schedules:
  • Friday – Tuesday
  • Saturday – Wednesday
  • Thursday – Monday

Position Highlights

• Cover patients throughout Baltimore County
• Primarily caring for geriatric patients
• Expected productivity: 30 points per week
• Average of 6 patient visits per day
• Local candidates are welcome to apply
• Weekend and on-call coverage may be required based on business needs

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent skilled Home Health experience (Required)
• Prior acute care or long-term care experience
• OASIS documentation experience (Required)
• Current Maryland RN License or Compact RN License
• BLS Certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
