The position also supports departmental projects and contributes to initiatives that improve overall operational performance.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily fleet operations by coordinating reporting, system updates, operational tracking, and administrative processes.Assist in developing, documenting, and maintaining operational procedures to enhance controls, improve efficiency, and drive process automation.Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring operational reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Manage shared inboxes, system requests, and operational inquiries, ensuring timely, professional, and effective communication.Maintain tracking records, distribute recurring reports, and proactively follow up on missing or incomplete information.Provide support for departmental projects, reporting requests, process improvement initiatives, and other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Requirements2+ years of experience in operations coordination, systems support, and administrative functions, with a proven track record of improving efficienciesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data filtering, and managing large, complex datasetsStrong verbal and written communication skills with active listeningHighly organized with strong attention to detail and time managementWhy Work for EcoShield Pest Solutions?The Shield Co. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $58,000 and $73,000.
