Jobomschrijving As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting both employees and managers across several countries and functions. Acting as a trusted HR partner, you will accompany teams throughout the employee lifecycle, provide day-to-day guidance on people-related topics, and help managers create engaging and high-performing work environments. This role combines operational involvement with strategic HR initiatives. You will spend time close to the business, understanding the realities of different teams, supporting managers in their people challenges, and ensuring a consistent employee experience across the organization. HR Partnership & Employee Support Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers within your assigned business areas. Build strong relationships with teams and maintain a close understanding of business and people challenges. Support managers in addressing day-to-day HR topics, employee engagement, team dynamics, and people development. Accompany employees throughout their journey within the company, ensuring a positive and consistent experience. Regularly connect with teams across different locations to stay close to operational realities. Employee Relations & People Management Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, performance concerns, wellbeing topics, and workplace issues. Ensure people decisions are aligned with company policies and local employment regulations. Facilitate constructive dialogue between managers and employees when needed. Support disciplinary processes and sensitive employee cases with professionalism and discretion. Talent & Performance Coordinate performance management and talent review processes within your scope. Support managers in identifying development opportunities and building individual growth plans. Contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening leadership and team capabilities. Participate in succession planning and talent development discussions. Employee Experience & Engagement Support onboarding and integration activities to ensure a strong employee experience from day one. Contribute to engagement initiatives and help foster a collaborative and inclusive culture. Gather feedback from employees and managers and translate insights into practical improvements. Promote a culture of continuous feedback and development. HR Projects & Continuous Improvement Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and the implementation of new initiatives. Help improve HR tools, policies, and ways of working. Support HR reporting and analysis when required.
