Compensation: $17.00 per hour + Commission
Scheduled Hours: 10–15 Hours Per Week

Residency Requirement: Must reside in the Orlando, FL area

1. Position Summary

Bold Royalty LLC, operating through its Jani-King commercial cleaning division, is seeking an experienced, results-driven Part-Time Sales Representative to support business growth and new customer acquisition throughout the Orlando, Florida market.

The ideal candidate must have a proven background in sales, specifically commercial cleaning services, with demonstrated experience generating qualified leads, conducting business-to-business sales activities, negotiating opportunities, and successfully closing commercial cleaning contracts.

This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with commercial clients, scheduling facility walkthroughs, and coordinating with Jani-King representatives to secure new cleaning service agreements.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a performance-driven sales environment.

2. Compensation & Work Schedule

Base Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Additional Compensation: Sales Commission

Work Schedule: 10–15 hours per week

Estimated Base Earnings:

Weekly: $170.00–$255.00
Biweekly: $340.00–$510.00
Monthly Average: $736.67–$1,105.00

Estimates exclude commissions, taxes, and deductions.

Commission Structure: To be established in the company’s written Sales Commission Agreement.

Commission eligibility, qualifying contracts, payment schedules, and applicable conditions will be outlined in the agreement.

The position requires flexibility to accommodate prospective client meetings, scheduled facility walkthroughs, and business development activities.

3. Essential Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new commercial cleaning contract opportunities throughout the Orlando market.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and direct business outreach.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and corporate decision-makers.
Present commercial cleaning services and communicate the value of Jani-King cleaning solutions.
Identify prospective clients’ cleaning requirements, service expectations, and facility needs.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective clients.

Contract Acquisition & Closing

Demonstrate the ability to advance commercial cleaning sales opportunities from initial contact through contract execution.
Schedule and coordinate facility walkthroughs with authorized Jani-King representatives.
Assist with customer negotiations and address prospective client questions or concerns.
Coordinate with Jani-King representatives regarding service proposals, contract pricing, and final agreements.
Obtain client commitments and facilitate successful contract closings in accordance with established franchise procedures.
Ensure all prospective client information and sales documentation are accurate and complete.

Pricing Authority: All final service pricing and contract terms are established or approved by Jani-King. The Sales Representative is not authorized to independently establish pricing or execute agreements without approval.

Sales Reporting & Accountability

Maintain accurate records of leads, prospecting activities, client communications, and sales opportunities.
Provide weekly sales activity and pipeline updates to management.
Track scheduled walkthroughs, pending proposals, and closed contracts.
Attend scheduled sales meetings and performance reviews.
Maintain professional communication with management and Jani-King representatives.

4. Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Previous professional sales experience is mandatory.
Demonstrated experience selling and successfully closing commercial cleaning or janitorial service contracts is mandatory.
Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and acquire new business accounts.
Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in maintaining sales records and tracking opportunities.
Must reside within the Orlando, Florida area.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for business meetings and facility walkthroughs.
Availability to work 10–15 hours weekly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Established relationships with Orlando-area business owners, property managers, or facility decision-makers.
Experience selling recurring commercial cleaning contracts.
Familiarity with commercial janitorial service agreements and facility cleaning requirements.
Previous experience in outside sales or territory development.
Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

5. Performance Expectations

The Sales Representative will be expected to:

Consistently identify and develop qualified commercial cleaning leads.
Maintain an active and organized sales pipeline.
Schedule qualified facility walkthroughs with prospective clients.
Demonstrate measurable progress toward new contract acquisition.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients.
Provide accurate and timely sales activity reports.
Represent Bold Royalty LLC and the Jani-King commercial cleaning division professionally.
Follow company sales procedures and franchise pricing requirements.

Performance Measurements:

Performance will be evaluated using the following indicators:

Number of qualified leads generated.
Number of facility walkthroughs scheduled.
Number of proposals advanced.
Number of commercial cleaning contracts successfully secured.
New recurring monthly contract revenue generated.
Sales conversion rate.
Accuracy and consistency of sales reporting.

Specific sales targets will be established by management.

6. Territory & Work Requirements

Primary Sales Territory: Orlando, Florida, and surrounding approved service areas.

The Sales Representative must reside in the Orlando metropolitan area and be available for local business development activities.

This is a field-based sales position with administrative and prospecting responsibilities that may be completed remotely when authorized.

Travel outside the assigned territory requires management approval.
