This is a really interesting one for someone who loves research but also wants to be closer to technology, customers, and a fast-moving product.

I’m partnering with a rapidly growing, AI-powered research technology company looking to add an Insights Strategist to its Insights team. They’re working with major global brands and fast-growing technology companies to help teams conduct customer research, analyze conversations, and turn qualitative feedback into actionable insights (much faster than traditional research approaches).

This person will report into a senior level strategist and work directly with customers to help them get the most out of the platform. It’s a great opportunity for an earlier-career researcher who has strong qualitative chops, understands B2B/technology audiences , and is excited about where AI is taking the insights industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative research and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
• Develop insights briefs, presentations, and client-ready deliverables
• Partner directly with customers to understand business questions and recommend the right research approach
• Become an expert in an AI-powered research platform and help customers use it effectively
• Support customer onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform adoption
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to bring the customer perspective into the business
• Identify ways to improve research workflows, processes, and the overall customer experience
• Move quickly, experiment, and help shape how the Insights function operates as the company grows

What they’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in market research, insights, strategy, or a related client-facing role
• Qualitative research experience is a must
• Experience working with B2B technology clients or audiences is a must
• Comfortable working across both qualitative and quantitative research
• Able to connect business objectives to the appropriate research methodology
• Strong storyteller who can turn messy customer feedback into a clear point of view
• Confident working directly with clients and cross-functional stakeholders
• Curious about AI, research technology, and new ways of conducting and analyzing research
• Comfortable in a fast-growing environment where roles evolve and people are expected to take ownership

Why it’s interesting:

This isn’t a traditional research agency role. You’ll still be doing real insights work, but you’ll be doing it inside a technology company that is actively rethinking how research gets done.

The company is growing quickly, has strong enterprise traction, and is building out its Insights organization alongside the product. For someone who wants to stay close to research while getting deeper exposure to AI, technology, product, and customer strategy, there is a lot of room to grow here.
