Are you ready to lead with purpose and drive results? Kellanova is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Rome, Georgia plant and lead our night shift team 4:30 PM – 5:30 AM. This is an on-site role where you'll be at the heart of our production operations, ensuring smooth execution and high performance. You'll be guiding a dedicated team of hourly employees, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This is more than just a supervisory role—it's an opportunity to make a real impact by optimizing processes, reducing losses, and driving operational excellence. You'll also have the chance to work on strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Production Leadership – Oversee all activities on your assigned shift, ensuring production goals, material changes, and schedules are met.
• Team Development & Support – Provide direction and servant leadership to your team of operators, helping them grow and succeed.
• Safety & Quality Focus – Champion a "safety first" mindset while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement – Apply LEAN principles, 5S, and RCA methodologies to drive process optimization and cost reduction.
• Adaptability & Agility – Thrive in a dynamic environment where flexibility and quick decision-making are key to success.

We're Looking for Someone With

• Demonstrated experience managing safety and/or quality programs in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Strong manufacturing aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering accountability and execution

Compensation

The annual salary range is $76,200 - $99,960, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
