Finance Analyst

Job Responsibilities Role Overview Manage day-to-day accounting and support financial planning, reporting, project profitability, and client commercials for Atyeti’s technology services business. Key Responsibilities Manage general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end close. Manage statutory requirements across countries, including maintaining local entity registrations, filing statutory reports and tax returns, and coordinating legal, financial, and operational compliance across jurisdictions. Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and management reporting. Track project revenue, resource costs, margins, and profitability. Support RFP pricing, rate cards, proposals, and commercial analysis. Review Statements of Work (SoWs), financial terms, billing milestones, and change requests. Monitor invoicing, collections, and outstanding receivables. Coordinate payroll activities and support audits and internal controls. Partner with Sales, Delivery, HR, and Legal on financial matters. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 5–8 years of accounting and finance experience; IT services or consulting experience preferred. Strong Excel, reconciliation, and financial analysis skills. Working knowledge of statutory reporting, tax compliance, and multi-country finance operations. Exposure to project accounting, pricing, and client billing preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
