FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN

CLEBURNE, TEXAS

Our organization is in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become part of a well-established practice located in Cleburne, Texas . This full-time position offers a collaborative team atmosphere and a strong dedication to patient care. Cleburne is situated in north central Texas, roughly 55 miles southwest of Dallas and 30 miles south of Fort Worth .

POSITION DETAILS:

• Standard office hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM
• Leverage advanced technology to streamline workload and enhance patient care focus
• Join a thriving practice with four providers
• Deliver comprehensive family medicine services to a varied patient demographic
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
• Participate in shared call duties with two APPs and two physician providers
• Utilize the EPIC EMR documentation system
• Possession of a Texas medical license or the ability to obtain one is required

FINANCIAL DETAILS:

• Employed position with one of the largest healthcare systems in North Texas
• Initial salary guarantee along with a work RVU and qualifying bonus compensation structure
• Includes a signing bonus, relocation support, and paid time off

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Texas is a TORT reform state
• Outpatient-only practice with no hospital call responsibilities
• Experience with or comfort in treating pediatric patients is preferred
• Practice has been operational for over five years
