Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Setting: Healthcare Facilities Job Type: Contract - Full Time Pay: $50 / Hour Hours: 40.00 Location: Monroe, LA The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible forproviding and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance withthe physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’shome or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home duringappointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.
