Head of Partnership Analytics

Leading the analytics team remotely, the full-time Head of Partnership Analytics will define business strategies, oversee product analytics, and ensure data-driven decision-making to support the growth of the third-party agent business. Key responsibilities: Define and quantify key business drivers across the agent journey, providing rigorous answers to leadership's strategic questions Establish a systematic approach to agent product analytics, including testing, measurement, and feature development Develop and maintain core data foundations to ensure accurate commission calculations and comprehensive lifecycle activity measurement Required qualifications: 10+ years of experience in analytics, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams Proven ability to solve complex business problems using first-principles thinking Strong proficiency in business and product analytics, including SQL and experimentation methodologies Experience in building data foundations and improving data quality at scale Preferred background in B2B2C environments, with exposure to fintech, marketplaces, or insurance sectors
