- # 01. マルチスタックエンジニア [Product]1300万DLを突破したコスメのクチコミアプリ「LIPS」における企画・設計・開発をお任せします。また当社は2024年12月よりマツキヨココカラ&カンパニーグループ、株式会社MCCマネジメントの100%子会社となり、そのPMIのプロセスにも携わっていただく想定です。今後はマツキヨココカラ&カンパニーが持つ圧倒的なリアル店舗、商品販売情報、デジタル情報と、当社のオンラインでのユーザー接点情報や口コミプラットフォームに集まる情報の統合などを検討しております。アプリがメインではありますが、Webフロント・機械学習基盤など様々なパートがあります。小規模ながら技術投資にも目を向けたいと考えており、特に機械学習(直近ではShort Term Recommendationなど)やメーカー向けの分析ツール、自然言語処理など、テッキーなテーマもあります。▍募集背景弊社のメインプロダクトである「LIPS」は、美容クチコミアプリとしては国内最大規模を誇っていますが、今後より多くのユーザーに満足いただくためには、リテンション・UU数・検索流入数・売上をはじめとする各種KPIに対する攻めの開発、スピード重視の開発による負債に対する守りの開発どちらも両立していく必要があります。その為、ビジネス視点・実装力・専門性をもった方をお迎えし、バックエンドを中心としたプロダクト改善を加速させたいと考えております。▍開発組織について各エンジニアがユーザーに直接価値を届けるところまで一貫して見ることで、各々が高いレベルで事業貢献できるようになること・ひいては各々のキャリア価値を高められる環境づくりを心がけています。技術的な専門性は勿論重要ですが、ユーザーへの価値のデリバリーによる事業価値向上のスキルにも劣らない専門性があるという考えです。少数精鋭のチームで幅広く開発を進めていくため、この規模では稀なデプロイ頻度の高さ、勢いや裁量のある風土だと自負しています。広い裁量を活用して積極的・主体的に関わるメンバーで構成された強いチームにより、今後のLIPSの成長を加速させて行くことが必要不可欠です。このような環境で、ともに事業と組織を作り上げられるエンジニアを募集しています。▍業務内容- React/Typescript, Ruby on Rails, AWS などによる Web アプリケーション開発・toC向けWeb新規機能開発・アプリ機能のAPI設計・実装・改善・toB向け新規広告商品開発・社内管理画面改善 など- 利用者や事業の理解とデータやログの分析に基づく、サービス改善のための企画や検証・Redash・dbtを用いたデータ分析やダッシュボード作成・toC向けABテストの実施・検証・toB向け広告数値改善 など- 多くの人に使われ多くのデータを扱うサービスを安定して運用するための、モニタリングや自動化、技術基盤整備・BugSnag, CloudWatch, Datadog, その他自前のアラート・CIツールなどの整備・各種ライブラリ・フレームワーク・インフラのアップデート・新技術の選定や導入▼技術スタック- バックエンド: Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis- Webフロントエンド:TypeScript, React, Next.js, GraphQL, Remix- iOS:Swift, RxSwift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Danger, SwiftLint, fastlane- Android:Kotlin, RxJava, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines- レコメンド/アルゴリズム:Flask, PyTorch- CI/CD:GitHub Actions, CircleCI- インフラ: Terraform, AWS (ECS, Aurora, Redshift, ElastiCache, etc.), Google Cloud (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Firebase, etc.)- データ分析:Redash, dbt- LLM: GitHub Copilot, Cline, ChatGPT API- チーム: GitHub, Slack, Notion, Figma▼開発ワークフロー- ソフトウェアエンジニア:企画・デザインレビュー・実装・検証(BI/SQLを使用した分析)・その後のプランニングまで一貫して行う- アルゴリズムエンジニア:調査/研究・実装・監視運用と検証までと、技術のユーザーに向けたデリバリーの一連の流れを一貫して行う※インフラなどは既存のものがあります▍カルチャー本質的な課題にのみフォーカス出来るよう、オープンで、ルールを増やさない自律的な組織作りに力を注いでいます。- 主要KPI含むダッシュボード・クエリ(Redash)を全社員オープン- 経営的な情報(株主や役員会などの話)・投資家向け資料- マネジメント等は「役職」ではなく「役割」として運用し、階層を固定化することもありません▍キャリアパスお持ちのスキルやご経験、ご希望によって以下のようなキャリアアップが可能です!- プロダクト企画の根幹から携わるPdMに近い立場で活躍- 難しい技術領域の課題解決や、チームの生産性向上のための基盤づくりに挑戦- EMのような立場でエンジニアメンバーのマネジメントをお任せ▍選考フロー書類選考→カジュアル面談→一次面接→性格検査&リファレンスチェック&最終面接リファレンスチェックについて:「back check」というサービスを使ってリファレンスチェックを行っています。詳細については、こちらをご確認ください・back check ヘルプセンター(依頼を受けた方向け)
