Envision Unlimited is seeking a direct caseworker to provide services to adults with developmental disabilities in homes and the community across the Chicagoland area. You will coordinate authorizations, maintain records, and advocate for members, with travel up to 70% and occasional in-office work at the Rose Center. The role requires a Bachelor’s in human or social services, QIDP eligibility, and a valid driver’s license, with some CEU participation and collaboration with an interdisciplinary #J-18808-Ljbffr
