Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent) This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses. Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full agency support provided) Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of your start date We provide licensing guidance, study support, and resources throughout the process Position Overview As an Account Manager, you will play an important role in agency growth by developing customer relationships, conducting policy reviews, identifying coverage opportunities, and assisting with service-related needs. This position combines sales production with customer care, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship-building and helping customers solve problems. Success in this role is measured by production, customer experience, retention, and contribution to overall agency growth.
