Position Highlights:

• Location: Near Hatley, Wisconsin
• Setting: Outpatient, no inpatient requirements
• Start Date: December 1, 2024
• Duration: Ongoing, with permanent openings available if interested
• Schedule: Minimum of two consecutive days per week; no on-call duties
• Patient Load: 15 patients per shift
• Support Staff: 2 RNs, 6 MAs, and 2 office staff
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Licensing Requirement: Must have a Wisconsin medical license or qualify for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality family medicine care in an outpatient clinic
• Supervise and mentor residents at a family medicine residency clinic (optional)
• Participate in the care of underserved populations, with the option to supervise embedded MAT/suboxone clinics and transgender care (upskilling available)
• Ability to see patients independently as needed

Additional Information:

• Required Certifications: Board Certification in Family Medicine, BLS certification
• Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
• Travel and Lodging: Nearest airport is CWA; lodging options include the Hilton Garden Inn
