• Solvecomplex business challenges by leading and supporting client engagements focused on supply chainstrategy, operations improvement, and transformation.
• Turndata into insights by analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and uncovering theroot causes behind operational challenges.
• Thinkstrategically and practically by developing recommendations that don’t just look good on paper, but canactually work in the real world.
• Leadclient discovery workshops to identify high-impact artificial intelligence(AI) use cases, translatingcomplex business challenges into actionable, end-to-end AI implementationroadmaps .
• Leverageinternally developed AI tools and software to accelerate your own workflowsand drive value for both our clients and GEP.
• Workdirectly with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build solutions and drivesustainable change.
• Seeyour ideas in action by staying connected to implementation and helping clients turn strategyinto measurable results.
• Buildyour consulting toolkit by applying supply chain frameworks, analytical approaches, and industrybest practices.
• Helpgrow the business by contributing to proposals, developing client relationships, andidentifying opportunities to create additional value.
• Learnand lead bymentoring newer consultants while continuing to grow your own consultingand leadership skills.

WhatYou'll Bring

We’relooking for people who are curious, analytical, collaborative, and energized bysolving problems. You’ll bring:

• A Master’sdegree in Supply Chain, Operations or Engineering.
• 4-8years of relevant experience, ideally in supply chain consulting or asimilar analytical environment.
• Astrong interest in supply chain strategy, operations, and businesstransformation.
• Theability to analyze data, connect the dots, and turn complex informationinto clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strongcommunication skills and the confidence to work with clients andcross-functional teams.
• Awillingness to travel as needed.

Salary Range: $160,000 – $180,000 annually,based on experience and qualifications.

Additional Compensation: Eligible for aperformance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
