Responsibilities Our long‑term client seeks Commercial Lending talent with a local network, strong circle of influence, and a successful track record in commercial loan production, managing and nurturing existing customers, and growing new relationships in San Marcos and surrounding communities. This person will be proactive, relationship‑driven with a consultative selling approach to provide the best lending solution, as well as other bank products. Qualifications Possess a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business or Finance and a minimum of ten (10) years of banking experience, with a strong marketing background, ability to close loans, solid commercial credit foundation, and ability to prepare loan packages for committee and funding. Strong, proven loan relationship and credit management skills, including seasoned experience in the active management of problem and workout loans.
