Hourly Wage Estimate $39.00 – $57.00 / hour. The estimate reflects the typical wage range for candidates hired. Job Summary This position supports the mission of HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge to deliver safe, quality, evidence‑based patient care that is compliant with HCA HealthONE policies and guidelines. The Registered Nurse must demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in the care of patients. Each service requires specialized skills. Care delivery is age‑appropriate and tailored to the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety and learning needs of each patient. Nurses may rotate to other areas beyond their usual service, performing only duties for which they have demonstrated competency. Responsibilities Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process – assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment – for the identified patient population per the Colorado Nurse Practice Act. Document patient care administered. Promote interdisciplinary communication and care. Demonstrate basic and unit‑specific competencies. Qualifications Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado or a valid multistate license. Diploma from an accredited school of nursing; BSN desired. Current AHA or ARCBCL and AHA or ARCACLS certification for all Float Pool Registered Nurses required. Additional certifications required based on specialty unit served.
