Job DescriptionResponsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards; establishing data dictionaries and KPI logs to improve data accuracy; and delivering reliable insights for informed decision-making.Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reportsEnsure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutionsPrepare monthly and weekly report submissions in accordance with project requirements.Lead and coordinate the reporting team to meet the requirements of project stakeholders and discipline teams.Required Skills and Competencies3–5 years of experience in Power BI dashboard development and data modelingStrong skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and building reliable reportsExperience with data dictionaries, KPI tracking, and data validationProficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark)Experience integrating data from SharePoint, Excel, and SQL.Proficiency in EVM and project controls concepts.Ability to provide leadership, guidance, and management support to team membersWe are committed to creating an accessible and barrier‑free recruitment process and workplace.
