Store Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, staff, and processes to ensure effective and efficient store performance. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees; ensure proper staffing and compliance with labor laws. Provide leadership in customer service, safety, security, and store presentation. Oversee inventory management, ordering, stocking, and merchandise presentation. Analyze financial reports to identify sales trends, control expenses, and reduce shrinkage. Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment readiness. Ensure cash handling accuracy and adherence to security procedures. Complete necessary documentation and uphold company policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures. Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math. Preferred high school diploma; management experience in retail is advantageous. Effective interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities may be preferred for some locations. Physical & Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and operating equipment in a fast-paced, moderate noise environment.
