Manufacturing Associates – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Torrington, CT Area
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience and shift

Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift (Train on 1st)

We’re hiring Manufacturing Associates for multiple opportunities in the Torrington area. These positions are a great fit for dependable, hands-on individuals looking to build or grow their manufacturing career.

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required for all positions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and a good work ethic
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment

Important: Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift before transitioning to a 2nd shift schedule, where applicable.
