Schedule Details: Holidays - Every Third Holiday, Weekends - Every Third Weekend Scheduled Hours: 7pm-7:30am Shift: 3 - Night Shift, 12 Hours (United States of America) Hours: 24 Cost Center: 10020 - 0201 Nurs 4Th Floor West Union: MNA-University (Massachusetts Nurses Association) This position may have a signing bonus available; a member of the Recruitment Team will confirm eligibility during the interview process. Major Responsibilities Utilize the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient’s care from Admission to Discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population. Perform patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedure. Develop and coordinate individual plan of care including discharge planning. Direct, supervise, coordinate and evaluate nursing care within assigned clinical setting. Delegate appropriately to others in accordance with job description and competency level. Position Qualifications License/Certification/Education Required: Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration. BLS is a requirement for every RN unless advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is current, in addition to any unit specific certifications and competencies. Preferred: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred. Experience/Skills Required: Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing.
