Registered Nurse Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator to advance trauma care quality and patient outcomes. In this role, you will lead trauma performance improvement initiatives, analyze clinical data, track key quality metrics, and ensure alignment with national trauma standards and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and leadership to identify trends, develop action plans, and implement evidence-based practice changes. The position supports staff education, fosters a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and contributes to system-wide initiatives that enhance trauma services and community health.
