Reconstruction Project Manager

Job Description Full job description Looking for an experienced Restoration Construction Manager . This role involves overseeing projects from pre-construction to completion, including developing project budgets, managing contracts, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Overseeing all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction. Budget Management: Developing and managing project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring projects stay within budget. Contract Management: Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Team Leadership: Leading and supervising construction teams, including field crews, subcontractors, and other professionals. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Communication: Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Required Skills and Experience Strong Technical Skills: Understanding of construction methods, building codes, and construction management principles. Project Management Skills: Experience in planning, organizing, and managing construction projects. Contract Management Skills: Experience in negotiating and managing contracts. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate construction teams. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve project issues. Strong Work Ethic and Commitment to Quality: A commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget. Educational Background Experience: in construction management or related fields is also required.
