Hybrid Senior Project Manager - Cross-Functional R&D Lead

Stryker Group in Cary, Illinois is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Sage portfolio within our PMO. You will drive cross‑functional initiatives that advance patient care and help shape program outcomes from initiation through delivery.
The role requires a Bachelor of Science, 6+ years in R&D or project management, and experience leading large, complex projects. PMP or PRINCE2 preferred. Hybrid schedule: in office Mon-Wed, remote Thu-Fri, with minimal travel.
