***Weekend Position 10am - 6pm***
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Smoky Ridge Health & Rehabilitation in Burnsville, North Carolina. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our facility. Receptionist Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
Manage the front desk, including receiving and distributing mail, packages, and faxes
Provide administrative support to the nursing staff, including preparing charts and reports
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Receptionist Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
