Material Handler
This Material Handler role supports daily warehouse operations including material handling, scanning, picking, packing, and maintaining 7S standards in an ITAR-regulated environment. Candidates must be able to work both the training shift and the permanent shift.
Schedule & Pay
- Training Period: MondayFriday | 7:00am3:30pm
- Permanent Shift: MondayFriday | 4:00pm12:30am
- Pay Rate: $17.50-$18.25/hr with shift premium
- Steel-toe footwear required
Key Responsibilities
- Material Handling Load and unload materials within a warehouse or storage facility
- Order Processing Picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and counting products
- 7S Compliance Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Scanner Operation Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safety Practices Work safely to protect yourself and your team
Minimum Requirements
- Experience operating material-handling equipment
- Ability to:
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull
- Handle tools/equipment with hands and fingers
- Work in hot or cold warehouse environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Flexible availability with potential overtime
- 1 year of warehouse experience
- Handheld scanner experience
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
