An industry leader known for exceptional product quality and a close‑knit culture, they are seeking a talented Operations Manager to support continued growth and take the site to the next level.

Job Description

• Lead and coordinate all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and shipping
• Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, sharing insights and results with senior leadership
• Champion workplace safety, compliance, and environmental standards
• Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing operations team
• Manage budgets and operational expenses with a focus on long‑term sustainability
• Troubleshoot operational challenges quickly to minimize downtime and disruptions

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or plant operations
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams
• Hands-on understanding of production planning, quality systems, and safety standards
• Experience driving continuous improvement and operational change
• Proficiency with ERP systems and standard business tools
• Clear communicator with strong organizational and decision‑making abilities

• Base salary $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
• 5-10% annual bonus
