Job Description Job Summary This positionis responsible forthe pulling/picking and loading of all outbound shipments and unloading/movement of all inbound deliveries to the facility. This role is currently eligible for a sign on bonus of $1,500 to be paid in three increments:

• 500 paid approximately 90 days following hire date
• 500 paid approximately 180 days following hire date
• 500 paid approximately 270 days following hire date

Duties and Responsibilities: Operates a propane sit-down forklift. Sort shipments for destination and group merchandisetobe included with or fulfilled in an order. Loading of finished materials for transport and unloading of raw materials. Movingproductsto pallets or crates for storage or shipment. Inspectthe forklifttodeterminethe need for repairs and to guarantee safety. Verifypiececounts on each pallet andcomparestolabel. Material handling of all products. Followshippingwork orders. Other duties as assigned Working Conditions: Fast paced manufacturing environment, loading dock, and driveways. Will be working in all weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and math skills with the capability to calculate square footage and batch size. Education and Experience: Required: High School diploma or equivalent isrequired. Minimum of one (1) yearpreviousforklift experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Shipping and Receiving.
