Accounting Clerk

Our client is hiring for an Accounting Assistant to join its team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience manipulating large data sets in Excel. This is a hybrid position and hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm CST. Responsibilities Support daily cash positioning and reconciliation activities Develop and review daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow projections Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of treasury systems and related databases Partner with accounting, finance, and cross?functional teams to support ongoing projects and ad hoc initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree 2-3 years prior experience in a finance-related role Strong to advanced Excel skills (critical) Experience working with/manipulating large datasets in Excel High attention to detail Some banking or accounting experience Comfortable handling sensitive information Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
