- Experience migrating multi-tier legacy applications from on-premises to AWS
- Strong Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience with network performance monitoring and observability
- Experience optimizing AWS data-transfer and egress costs
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to resolve complex architectural and disaster recovery challenges
