Associate Attorney (Insurance & Tort)

Defend individuals and corporations in personal injury litigation. Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and negotiate settlements. Manage a high‑volume caseload while maintaining a high level of productivity. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective case resolution. Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and contracts. Provide legal advice to clients and represent them in court. Keep up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and advise clients accordingly. Qualifications A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. At least 5 years of tort and insurance defense experience. Current license to practice law in New Jersey. Proven experience managing a high‑volume caseload. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in legal research software and other legal technologies. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professional ethics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
