Two full-time School Psychologist opportunities are available supporting K-12 students in Mission Viejo, California. These contract roles are ideal for compassionate, licensed professionals eager to make a difference within a vibrant educational environment. As a vital member of the school community, you’ll engage across multiple campuses, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to empower and advocate for students of all backgrounds.

Your role will involve conducting detailed psychoeducational assessments, participating actively in IEP meetings, and sharing expertise to promote positive student outcomes. These assignments present unique timelines: one position is available for immediate start and continues through March 2027 (with potential extension), while the second is scheduled for late October 2026 through mid-December 2026.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology.
• Successful completion of state-mandated background checks and fingerprinting procedures prior to employment.
• Demonstrated strengths in communication, collaboration, assessment, and crafting insightful reports.
• Experience in K-12 school settings preferred.
• Professionals from outside the area are encouraged to apply—travel assignments are welcome!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychoeducational evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations for students across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
• Serve as a core contributor to IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, administrators, and related service providers.
• Offer direct and indirect psychological support, including crisis intervention and behavioral consultation.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation, with administrative and meeting time provided within your schedule.
