Location: Remote, USA

Duration: 6 12 Months Contract-to-Hire

W2 Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a Data Scientist with 10+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics engineering, systems modeling, Power BI, Power Apps, Python, machine learning, and geospatial analytics .

Must-Have Skills

10+ years of experience in applied data science, analytics engineering, and systems modeling.
Advanced Python, SQL, and R skills.
Strong experience with Pandas, Polars, NumPy, SciPy .
Expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling using Scikit-learn, Statsmodels, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
Experience with time-series forecasting and causal inference .
Strong GIS/geospatial and LiDAR experience with ArcGIS, PostGIS, GeoPandas, GDAL/OGR, and PDAL.
Experience working with vector, raster, point-cloud, and sensor data.
Strong dashboard and visualization experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau, Plotly/Dash , and geospatial visualization tools.

Nice-to-Have

MLOps, CI/CD, containerization, model monitoring, drift detection, and production deployment.
Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP .
Client-facing/consulting/business development experience.
Experience in transportation, aviation, buildings, or construction .
Experience with BIM/VDC, BAS/BMS, traffic sensors, tolling, or facility telemetry.
Digital simulation, operational technology, or AI infrastructure experience.
Foundation model fine-tuning or multimodal AI experience.
Lean product incubation/innovation experience.
