Trust Title LLC is seeking an experienced Escrow Team Lead to oversee escrow operations, support and lead the team, and keep transactions moving smoothly from opening through closing. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable escrow professional who can navigate complex title issues, drive accountability, and ensure an accurate, compliant, and seamless closing experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
$75,000+ On-Target Earnings

Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor the escrow team to ensure seamless operations and professional growth
- Oversee all escrow transactions from initiation to closure, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve complex title issues efficiently
- Implement and maintain best practices to enhance the efficiency of escrow processes
- Monitor and report on team performance, providing actionable feedback and support
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and timely closing process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and satisfaction in our services
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team within the title or escrow industry
- Ability to oversee and manage escrow transactions from start to finish, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Proven track record of resolving complex title issues efficiently and effectively
- Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to implement best practices that enhance process efficiency
- Experience in monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback
- Ability to coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and smooth closings
