Senior Product Manager - Dashboard Experience

Banking services provided through Choice Financial Group and Column N.A., Members FDIC.What you’ll do:Take ownership of an underdefined, high-stakes surface and develop a real point of view on what it should be; starting with Tasks, Home, and NotificationsLead a redesign of the Mercury home page: what belongs on it, what doesn't, and how it earns its real estate as the product's job for the customer changesDesign the unified logic behind tasks, lifecycle updates, and in-product alertsPartner closely with Command, agents, and product teams that will increasingly lean on these surfaces to drive intentSet direction and a prioritized roadmap, balancing user needs against the needs of every product team that depends on Dashboard as connective tissueWork as a true collaborator with design, shaping the visual and interaction language of core surfacesOperate independently in ambiguity, contributing to the visioning, sequencing, and execution of a multi-phase overhaul of horizontal Dashboard experiencesRegularly present strategy and tradeoffs to company leadershipTranslate qualitative and quantitative data into insights that inform the team's workWhat we need from you: 7+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably on horizontal product or platform teams accountable for a quality user experience. Bonus points for cohesive dashboard experience in fintechDeep design taste. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following:US employees (any location):$200,700—$250,900 USDCanadian employees (any location):$189,700—$237,100 USD
