Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Create and edit marketing content for email campaigns, social media, reports, and promotional materials. Manage and maintain company social media platforms and assist with website updates. Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities, including logistics and marketing materials. Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategy and positioning. Collaborate with sales, technical, and service teams to develop effective marketing communications. Coordinate with international marketing teams to maintain consistent brand messaging. Track campaign performance, marketing activities, and budget reporting. Support internal communications and maintain company intranet content. Qualifications Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required. Minimum of 2 years of marketing or communications experience. Agricultural or agricultural marketing experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to communicate technical and agricultural concepts clearly and effectively. Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator preferred. Experience with photography and basic video creation is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information This position is fully onsite and requires regular in-person work at the company location in Verona, Wisconsin. Occasional travel to trade shows, industry meetings, and events, including possible international travel. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50–60 lbs.
