Roles and Responsibilities:

Laptop or Desktop or IT procurement, involves the sourcing, purchasing, and managing of hardware for an organization. Here are some responsibilities of a desktop procurement professional:

• Identify requirements : Understand the requirements for a purchase, such as those issued by the design department
• Negotiate : Discuss prices and quality with vendors to find the best deal for the company
• Evaluate suppliers : Research, compare, and evaluate potential suppliers
• Create contracts : Negotiate and evaluate vendor contracts
• Track inventory : Track inventory and submit purchase orders
• Recommend products : Recommend new products, services, or materials that align with industry trends
• Create supplier relationships : Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Identify cost savings : Identify ways to save costs
• Identify risks : Identify potential risks

Experience Required- 1 to3 yrs of experience in Ariba , laptop configuration, PUS, IT equipments.
