Up to $400 monthly bonus (very achievable). Assistant managers have additional responsibilities, including: Managing assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management) Setting goals, delegating tasks to teams, following up, and reporting results to GM and restaurant management team Overseeing the Guest Service Department – ensuring crew and managers deliver great customer experience, execute sales and product promotions, and train service procedures Managing the Kitchen Department – ensuring quality food delivery, safety, cost control, and training production procedures Managing the People Department – hiring qualified crew, training, scheduling, recognition and motivation Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality. Must be 18+ years old, positive team player, flexible scheduling availability, and passionate about fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
